What are your shipping policies and rates?

We offer flat rate shipping: $2.95 for US orders and $17.95 for international orders. If international shipping charges are considerably cheaper, we will refund the excess charges. All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or First Class International. We ship to Australia, Canada, France, New Zealand, Germany, Ireland, Switzerland, and the UK. Note: International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country, due upon arrival.
Are there any customs, taxes, or duties for international orders?

Yes, international customers may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees collected by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country.
What is your current turnaround time?

Our typical turnaround time is 5-10 business days. Currently, it is approximately 2 weeks. We will contact you if there are any delays.
Why does it take time to receive my order?

All our toys are handmade by Jessie in her home studio in Springdale, WA. Each toy is customized based on your choices (e.g., ear/tail color, herbs). It typically takes 5-10 business days to ship orders. Additionally, running a small bison farm can be unpredictable, so sometimes extra days are needed. We will keep you informed of any delays. Currently, the turnaround time is approximately 2 weeks.
Where are your toys made?

Each toy is handmade by me in my home studio located in Springdale, WA.
Where are your hides sourced?

The buffalo aka bison hides/scraps are from my late mother's large bison ranch in WI. The rabbit comes from a very reputable company who sources from ethically raised meat rabbits. The sheepskin comes from meat animals that are raised on sustainable farms and are ethically raised.
What is silvervine?

Silvervine is a plant that grows in eastern Asia that many cats go crazy over like they do catnip. Also, many cats that don't react to catnip do react to silvervine. It is non-toxic and most cats seem to like it.
How do I clean the toys?

Toys are hand wash in cold water and air dry only. You can use a shampoo or dish detergent, rinse well. Use a brush or comb to fluff the fur after fully dry. Catnip will lose a bit of it's punch but, you can buy bulk catnip and put it in a ziplock bag with the toys to marinate them. Also, died furs (i.e. pink) may lose a bit of color but during the washing process.
Do you wholesale?

We do not sell wholesale or offer bulk sales. No resellers.
Do you donate toys?

I only donate to local shelters that I work with and know.
What is your refund or exchange policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. You may return the toy in its original, unused condition. Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the purchase price. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Do you guarantee your toys?

Each toy is a one-of-a-kind creation. Fur length, color, and texture will vary. We guarantee excellent workmanship. However, we do not guarantee if toy is chewed or abused. Although made to be durable, the toy will eventually succumb to kitty and doggy tortures! Please be sure to frequently examine the toy to make sure it is still safe for your fur-iend to play with.

We use Square for all our transactions, they accept all major credit cards.
